Full-time Business Development Executive

at Celexsa Technologies Private Limited in Chennai

Primary Responsibilities:

Identifying new sales leads
Pitching products and/or services
Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers

STRATEGY & PLANNING

Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met
Responsible for meeting or exceeding monthly metrics such as setting appointments and identifying new prospects.
Manage & execute research activities as required to compile successful campaign target lists
Entry, distribution and management of target/lead information/records into sales contact database
Act as a liaison with the Marketing team to manage the processing and distribution of leads generated through activities like Trade shows, Online Advertising, Email Campaign, Seminars etc.

LEADS GENERATION

Researching organisations and individuals online to identify new leads and potential new markets
Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing
Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
Business-to-Business lead generation and setting appointments especially in North America & Europe
Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays

LEADS CONVERSION

Creating, analyzing, and validating detailed functional specifications
Developing quotes and proposals
Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email and in person
Establish account presence and build trust with key contacts

AFTER SALES

Planning and overseeing new sales initiatives
Client Management & Retention
Cross selling and Up selling
Informing clients on new developments/products in the company
